Website forms (Contact and New Patient): owner name, phone number, email address, mailing address and text-reminder preference; pet name, species, breed, sex, approximate age or birth date, previous veterinary clinic and any notes you choose to share; your selected clinic location, service interest and message.

Chat assistant: questions you type into the chat assistant are processed by an artificial intelligence (AI) service provider to generate a reply. Chat conversations are not saved to our website database. Please do not enter personal, payment or medical details in the chat.

Information collected automatically: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, for example the pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and how you found us. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar technologies. Our site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers.

We do not collect payment card information on this website. Third-party financing and insurance providers we mention (such as Cherry, CareCredit, Scratchpay and Trupanion) have their own privacy policies.

To respond to your inquiry and schedule appointments; to set up your pet's patient record and request prior medical records from the clinic you name; to send text reminders about your pet's care if you opt in; and to operate, secure and improve this website.

With the clinic location you select: form submissions are emailed to that location's team.

With service providers who help us run this website (hosting and database, email delivery, AI chat processing and analytics). They may use the information only to provide services to us.

Copies of website form submissions are automatically deleted after 12 months. Information that becomes part of your pet's medical record is kept under our medical-records practices and applicable Oklahoma veterinary rules.
